Champion Japanese sire Maurice achieved an impressive record of 11 wins, including the prestigious G1 Hong Kong Mile.

Maurice holds the title of the finest Japanese racehorse standing at stud outside of Japan. A six-time G1 winner and Japan's Horse of the Year in 2015, he was also recognized as Champion Sprinter and Champion Miler, showcasing his remarkable talent on the racetrack. As a sire, he continues to shine, having produced six G1 winners, such as the triple Australian Classic victor Hitotsu and the elite sprinter Mazu.

In 2022, he earned the title of Australia’s Champion 2nd Season Sire with only 78 runners—less than half that of his closest competitor and fewer than any other Champion 2nd Season Sire since 2015.

Maurice was again at the forefront, being named Australia's Champion 3rd Season Sire in 2023, despite having fewer runners than the four stallions behind him, and fewer than any Champion 3rd Season Sire in the past decade. His remarkable Stakes Performers/Runners ratio stands at an impressive 13.1%.

On the track, Anders was on of the fastest sons of Not A Single Doubt, who was a Champion sire of himself and is proving to be a producer of great sires with EXTREME CHOICE and FARNAN already producing top class horses on the track.

Anders was up and running early as a 2 year old, winning in town, before returning as a 3 year old to win the Group 3 San Domenico by 5 lengths and in record time (still stands). He then went on to win the Listed Rosebud stakes, defeating Champion first season sire Ole Kirk.

Twist of Fury, an exceptional racehorse, secured six victories, including three consecutive wins. She possessed remarkable natural speed, the kind of quality you desire in your offspring, as speed cannot be trained.

She was sold as a broodmare for $400,000 while in foal to a Maurice filly.

Twist of Fury is the offspring of Group 3 winner Shamalia and is a half-sister to Nanagui, a Listed winner and Group 3 placegetter.

With a pedigree abundant in black-type and a sire line known for producing champions, this filly represents extraordinary value.

For his relatively short time in training, Ciaron has proven himself to be the most exciting young trainer in Australia who has continued to go from strength to strength each season over the last ten years, building a strong stable at his Caulfield base in Melbourne.

Ciaron began as a dual trainer in Warrnambool, the home of jumps racing in Australia, after successfully competing as a jumps jockey in Australia and rode in England, Ireland and Dubai during his career. After training numerous top class performers over jumps, Ciaron discovered the thrill of Group 1 success on the flat in 2007, less than three years into his training career, with Tears I Cry in the Group 1 VRC Emirates Stakes at Flemington. Since then, Ciaron has saddled top-level winners across Australia including multiple Group 1s .

This filly has been specifically selected to be educated and developed at CMRs spectacular new Bong Bong facility in the Southern Highlands of NSW, where she will be given every chance to succeed as a top line racehorse.

This filly was a very athletic mover, she had a large overstep and powerful gait - all attributes of a fast sprinting racehorse. When inspecting her at the sale, she had good natural muscle and was calm in her temperament.

She shows all the attributes that she will get up and run early as a 2 year old sprinter, but also develop and train on as a 3 year old.

She is outstanding value as a racing prospect with great residual as a broodmare.

The team at CMR plan for her to go through their 2YO system and ultimately target feature races such as the MM race series and Golden Slipper.

UPDATE May 2025 : The filly has commenced her breaking at CMRs Packenham facility and is doing extremely well and has pleased the breaker with her athleticism and her temperament.
